These are white wines made with some time on their grape skins, something you only normally encounter in rosés and reds.
The resulting wines are orange-tinged, dry, silky in the mouth and super complex...and they're AWESOME food matches for everything from prawn toasts and curry to spicy falafel and honky cheese....so expect a groaning smorgasboard of nibbles to accompany the line-up.
